Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES FINAL.
We may accommodate returns for exchange or refund ONLY if the wrong items were shipped. We do not process returns, refunds or exchanges on any items on our website for any other reason.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the wrong item(s). We ask that you include your name, order number, and a photo of the erroneous item(s) in your communication (the photo will allow us to confirm the error).
The item(s) must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, to be accepted. Returns that are not in new condition with all original packaging will be returned to you at your expense.
All returns must be postmarked within 8 days of the original delivery date of your order. Packages postmarked after 8 days will not be accepted.

If you are receiving a refund, it will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and processed. Please allow five to seven business days for your return(s) to process once received and an additional three to seven business days for the funds to post to your account (this may take up to ten days depending on your financial institution).
