Shipping Information

Shipping is always free within the contiguous U.S. We do not ship outside of the lower 48 at this time. 

Currently, we cannot accept order cancellations. 

Please allow four to nine business days for order processing prior to shipment. If we are experiencing an inordinate amount of orders, order processing may be delayed by a few days. 

Most small items/packages (less than 150 lbs.) ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Most large items (more than 149 lbs.) have their own delivery process. We partner with trusted delivery professionals who specialize in handling large items, transportation and final delivery to ensure your wares arrive safely. In-home placement, packaging removal and assembly services are not included.

Shipping/delivery can take anywhere from two to sixteen weeks depending upon availability, weight, size and other variables. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delivery delays.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays in most cases.

Signatures are typically required for large deliveries. 

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable items. Title and risk of loss passes to the customer upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.
